The binocs function and use.
Pros - Vision is pretty clear. They are water proof (tested this). Easy to use. Adjustment is smooth yet firm.
Cons - The strap that comes with them is cheaply made with small plastic clips that are flimsy and very noisy, you will want to invest in a better strap if you use these for hunting or animal/bird watching. The case has a velcro mechanism for opening and closing, which is very loud. I'm not sure who they were designing that for, but for hunters or nature enthusiasts who do not want to scare away animals, you might want to leave the case behind or find something else to put them in when packing around the wilderness. The rear lens cover is a single molded piece that can only be put back on to the binocs if you adjust them back out, which means you have to readjust them again when you take the covers off, not a good design if you want to use the covers to keep water drops off the lenses when hanging from neck.
The binocs seem to be of good quality in function, but what really puts me off is that these things are made in China and that is not listed in the description. I purposely bought Leupold thinking I was getting an American made product like my scopes, but instead it has a brand on the under belly of these that says made in China. They still seem well made, but I was hoping to support a local work force. After this purchase I looked in to Leupold and saw that they have some items made in China, which is really sad that they are falling into that corporate hole to try to sell cheaper products to turn $$. I don't mind paying the little extra for home made products. I will not be purchasing their items in the future because if you go to their website they brag about how they are an American company making American products and its really only a half truth as they never reveal that they make anything overseas. It's not that I don't buy anything made overseas, but at least if I buy something that says Samsung I know where it's coming from, and in my opinion Leupolds website and advertising is a flat out lie to trick consumers and borders on false advertising.

I purchased this product, but is not very useful
Only loss of money and I would advise not to buy it is a product in China
