I bought these for a toddler because they weren't much more than toy binoculars. They are tiny, toy-sized binoculars, but they are quite clear, and I think they're a fantastic bargain. They won't replace full-scale binoculars, but they're great for arenas, beach, etc.

I bought a couple of these for a vacation for my kids and another family's kids. They absolutely LOVED these and took them everywhere with them on our trip to Mexico. And unlike many things I've bought for my kids to entertain them--these continue to endure and be useful. They are super easy for kids to focus, they can survive many many falls and drops and work really well. Better than I expected! My kids would wake up each day to go on nature walks and look at birds, deer, insects, etc. These worked great!

very attractive but smaller than you might expect, but excellent for hiking since they're very portable. A great deal for the price, the semi-rubberized casing feels ruggedly solid.
the only real downside is that at 10x magnification, natural shakiness of the user is amplified a little, but that's not a product issue. Great for long-range viewing, though.
